Read this number in about 3 days. Would have been sooner if I didn't have to work, eat, sleep.....ya know, life's usual toils. One of the best books I've read in a long time.

Drug addict is drivin' down a dark road.....next thing you know, about 90% of his body is severely burned. Enter dark-eyed, wild haired woman who claims that she and this tortured survivor were past life lovers in medieval Germany. She was a scribe in a monastery, he was a mercenary. As she continues to spin her tale, the man begins to find it harder and harder to dismiss her as simply insane.

Complete with mini tales of selfless love in ancient Japan and Greenland, and trips through Dante's own Inferno, this book was so damn good, I didnt realize till I was done that the burn victim's name is never even mentioned.

cOPper Verdict: Why are you still reading this, you should be on your way to the book store....

 While I was readin' it, kept wonderin' what all the fuss over this Chuck P. dude was. I mean, I chuckled a couple of times, and he was pretty clever, but I jus' didn't get excited. Surprisingly, it started to get more and more interesting, and then the end was pretty twisty.
